My name is Lucy, and I’m an designer/illustrator from California, now living in Brooklyn, NY.
I started Egguguma by illustrating my calendars in 2021 and ever since then, I’ve been designing calendars as an yearly project. Egguguma is a playful combination of the Korean expression ‘aigoo’ and my love for ‘goguma,’ which is sweet potatoes in Korean.
My cat Mello inspires my drawings, and one day I want to open a coffee shop where artists and creators can share their work and conenct :)
